So like other users here I payed for the Instant ATT unlock service which was supposed to have a possible delay of up to 10 days (which I was ok with). Now the order status says that it has been 2 weeks and my order is still "processing". I've sent a message but like other users haven't received a reply. I still would like to have the service completed. I would just like to have some indication of whats going on and if/when I can expect to have the phone unlocked.
I ordered the unlock as a fast service about 12 days ago. The website claimed 1 to 12 hours at the time of order. It also stated a max delay of up to 10 days. It has been 12 days and no response for an unlock from the company. I have requested a full refund and will wait to hear back, as I no longer need the unlock. I will also update the review pending response from the company. It seems some people have luck with this company but others do not at all. Do not base yourself on their projected unlock times.
After it has been deleted, and it seems MyIMEIUnlock.com won't negative publicity but this is the truth and i'm not the only one.....
I wrote you 2 times a mail on the 2nd and on the 3rd of January to email@example.com. I also wrote you on the 3rd of Janauary on your sites support sheet just to make sure - overall no answer and almost 3 weeks are gone without any movement of unlocking! That is unacceptable! How long do i have to wait? Status for order #54223 which was made more than 2 weeks ago has the status “processing” which is too long! Your site claims it just takes a few days but i already have to wait more than 2 weeks and you already got my money and your job until now isn't done and no answer to me after 3 mails??? This must be a scam! *GRRRR* Tell me!
And of course: your fake counter of unlocked iphones/per day don't interests me cause nobody can review this scam :P
Hi, I contact their service 3 days ago for unlock an iPhone 5S accomplish with AT@T. They unlocked my celphone in 3 days. Is a really nice and reliable company. You can trust them, I was afraid in the first moment, but now I really do recommend them. Thank you !!
I payed for the service one week ago. Even if in the website it said that my phone would be unlocked in 3 to 5 working days it has not been done yet. I hope to be able to write a better review once the service is provided. I will keep updating.
I placed my order and paid £75 for an unlock over a month ago (21st November 2013) and haven't yet had a single reply from my emails nor a refund.
My oder is 52033 if that number even has relevance and the only bit of hope I get is from the 'your order is pending' but how much longer is it going to be pending for? - I thought these were 14 days maximum and some people who have just paid for theirs have had their phone unlocked after 3 days…
I have asked for a refund but to be honest I just want the phone unlocked, it's hard to go without a phone and it's extremely annoying to have paid £75 and not even get a reply, just taking money out your pocket really.
If I eventually get a reply or it actually works I will voice another opinion but as it stands I wouldn't use this service again and would not recommend it. --
Have been refunded money back (30.12.2013) - the message was 'this service is slow, please use our new service'. I have had a look at the 'new service' and the exact same network (Sweden Tele2) that was originally £75 to unlock an Iphone 5 is now £159. So all in all I have paid £75, waited for a month with no reply, been refunded my £75 and now they want to charge £159 and could possibly do the exact same thing. Absolutely terrible service.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: It seems that this service is done randomly!!!, no priority! no actual sequence! and I even started doubting if it is real !!! If you look on the previous reviews, and the reviewers saying they got their phones unlocked, look at the order numbers (Nikola #54115, Chris #53911), my order number is #53282 and I didn't get activation nor any reply since 3 weeks!!! so how come an order later in sequence finished earlier?!!
I've ordered an iPhone 5s AT&T unlock 3 weeks ago (Order#53282), till now I get the status "Processing" and I've wrote them on both email and iMessage, till now no answer, I can understand that it's the holiday season and there will be load of customers, but, as a respected company they should be prepared for such heavy traffic and act responsibly with reasonable number of employees and activation slots, at the end of the day they are getting paid for the service and they should be responsible enough to fulfill the time frame mentioned on their website.
I will wait their reply for the last email I've sent today, if no answer then I will ask for refund.
The website says 30 minutes to 1 hour. After I placed my order and didnt hear back in 24 hours, I wrote them. Then I was advised that it could take up to 10 days. But $194 to unlock my iphone 5s? The only reason I did it is because I travel abroad. When I wrote them back on the 10th day and said "It is day 10, unlock my phone or give me a refund", they then got it unlocked and sent me an email after mine saying "didn't you get the email we sent about your phone being unlocked?"
I feel that they completely take advantage of the fact that its hard to get them unlocked these days. And to top it off, they offer me $2.50 back to write them a good review. What an insult! At least give me $10 back. I would never deal with them again unless really had to..I would not recommend paying that much unless you are an idiot like me that just loves using his iphone. Look for someone that can unlock it by IMEI cheaper! I give a 2 star review because I had to chase them and they charge wayyy too much!
At first I was a little bit nervous because I had a bad experience with different company, but after a couple of days additional to average time everything happened as they said and my Iphone was unlocked by ITunes and is working perfect, thanks for your excellent service.
